Booking & Confirmation

1.1 Session Inquiries

Clients are encouraged to contact us through our consultation page or email at rob@impressiveperspective.com to inquire about availability and discuss project details.

1.2 Booking Process

A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or paid invoice. Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis, and dates cannot be held without a deposit.

1.3 Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required to secure the booking date. The deposit will be applied to the final balance. Without a deposit, your booking will not be guaranteed.

1.4 Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Full payment must be received before the delivery of final images/videos.

Payment & Pricing

2.1 Final Payment

The remaining balance is due 3 days before the session/event date for all photography and videography services.

2.2 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for travel outside the 50 mile radius of Tampa, Florida, or for any custom requests made by the client. These will be discussed and added to the final invoice before confirmation.

2.3 Late Payments

A late payment fee of 10% will be added to any balances unpaid beyond 7 business days after the due date.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

3.1 Rescheduling

Clients are allowed to reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a rescheduling fee of $75.

3.2 Cancellations

If a client wishes to cancel their booking:

  • Cancellations made more than 3 days before the session will forfeit the deposit but incur no additional charges.
  • Cancellations made within 24 Hours of the session will be responsible for 25% of the remaining balance.

3.3 Studio Cancellations

In the rare event that Impressive Perspective must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergency, illness, equipment failure, acts of nature), clients will be notified immediately. A full refund of the deposit will be provided, or an alternative date may be scheduled, if preferred.

Photo & Video Delivery

4.1 Turnaround Time

The standard turnaround time for photos and video vary on a project by project basis unless otherwise specified in the contract.

4.2 Rush Orders

If you require expedited delivery, a rush order fee will apply. Turnaround times will be adjusted accordingly, depending on the project complexity.

4.3 Delivery Format

Final files will be delivered digitally via a secure online gallery or file-sharing platform. Hard copies or physical media (e.g., USB drives) can be provided upon request at an additional cost.

Intellectual Property & Usage

5.1 Ownership

All images and videos produced by Impressive Perspective remain the property of the studio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted personal usage rights for images and videos for personal use only (e.g., sharing on social media, prints, etc.).

5.2 Commercial Use

For commercial purposes (e.g., advertising, publications, etc.), a separate agreement and fee may be required. Please contact us for more information regarding licensing.

5.3 Copyright Notice

All content produced by Impressive Perspective is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Client Responsibilities

6.1 Cooperation

Clients are expected to provide necessary information and cooperation for the smooth running of the session. This includes timeliness, providing location access, and ensuring any necessary permissions or permits have been obtained in advance.

6.2 Model Release

Clients agree that all individuals involved in the shoot (including minors) have provided their consent or signed a model release form allowing Impressive Perspective to use the media for marketing or promotional purposes.

Liability

Impressive Perspective takes great care to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel during each session. However, we cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., accidents, injuries, damages to property) that occur during a shoot. Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for high-value projects or events.

Weather & Force Majeure

8.1 Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather that may impact outdoor sessions, clients will be notified, and a rescheduled date will be provided without penalty.

8.2 Force Majeure

Impressive Perspective is not liable for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, a new date will be scheduled, or a refund will be provided at the discretion of the studio.

Agreement to Terms

By booking a session with Impressive Perspective, clients agree to the terms outlined in this policy page. Any amendments to the agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
